Mental health challenges are increasingly present in today’s workplaces—and family businesses feel this reality in uniquely personal ways. We invite you to join us for a thoughtful conversation that approaches this important topic from three expert perspectives: Human Resources – what we can do to lower stress and help our employees Legal – how to navigate this issue to make sure we are handling in a positive and legal way Therapy – how to understand when we are stressed, what to do, and how to understand what anxiety and depression really are Together, these viewpoints offer a well-rounded foundation to help you show up with clarity and care for your employees, colleagues, and family members. You’ll leave with helpful tools and a deeper understanding of how to foster a healthier workplace for everyone.
